  • Do I need all three products to get value?

    No. Each product stands on its own: a solo driver can run Route alone; a Shopify store can run Connect alone; an ops team can run Dispatch alone. They just compound when you run them together: same delivery record, same source of truth, same SLA across the team.

  • Which storefronts does Connect support?

    Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce are native today. Custom storefronts can pipe orders in via our inbound REST API or a Stripe-backed webhook. Squarespace and Wix are on the roadmap.

  • Which carriers can I rate-shop across?

    FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and OnTrac out of the box, plus most regional carriers via our partner network. Your negotiated rates are honored if you bring an account; otherwise we use blended retail rates.

  • What does the driver app cost?

    Route is free for drivers, always. Pricing happens at the retailer / fleet level, not the driver level. Drivers keep their delivery history and can carry it between teams.

  • How long does onboarding take?

    Most retailers are live in under an hour after connecting Shopify and one carrier. Fleets with custom routes typically take two to three days, mostly to import driver rosters and verify zone coverage. White-glove onboarding is included on Network.

  • How does proof of delivery work?

    Every delivery has a proof record: photo, signature, or scan captured in Route and attached to the order. Connect exposes it on the customer tracking page; Dispatch makes it searchable across the whole network.
